π Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Social Care Assessments, Support Planning & Reviews
- Carry out Safeguarding Enquiries, Risk Assessments & Protection Planning
- Complete Mental Capacity & Best Interest Assessments
- Prepare Court of Protection Applications
- Conduct Carers Assessments & Reviews
- Participate in NHS Checklist & DST Meetings
- Proven experience in adult social care
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory responsibilities
- Registration with Social Work England
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines
