About the Role:
Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is seeking an experienced and committed Social Worker to join our Court Team supporting Children in Care. This is a key role involving legal proceedings and direct work with vulnerable children during critical points in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children involved in court proceedings
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and produce court reports and statements
- Fulfill statutory duties, including regular visits and case recording
- Participate in hybrid working arrangements—your week may involve a mix of court attendance, Children in Care (CIC) reviews, and direct work with children and families
