About:This reputable law firm based in Inveness, pride themselves on providing exceptional legal services to their clients across a broad spectrum of practice areas. Our Private Client Department is renowned for its expertise, dedication, and personalised service. We are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor with over 3-4 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our esteemed team in Inverness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, estates, trusts, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Manage and develop a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all clients receive high-quality service.
  • Conduct client meetings, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in business development activities, contributing to the growth and success of the Private Client Department.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3-4 years PQE in private client work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of private client matters independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
