Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for a Stores/Infection Control Operative for a local authority within the Wakefield area of Yorkshire on a temporary basis.

Working 37 hours a week between 8am and 8pm, the key duties of the Operative will include but not be limited to;

• Providing an effective equipment cleaning and decontamination service for equipment collected or returned ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety and Infection Control policies of Wakefield Equipment and Wheelchair Service.
• To undertake general warehouse and stock duties as directed by the Operational Team Leader ensuring stock areas are tidy, stock levels are adequate, and equipment is bar coded.
• To assist with deliveries from suppliers and contractors.

We are seeking candidates who have a good knowledge of working in a similar role, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.
