We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work multiple services in and around the Scarborough locality. The services promote the independence, inclusion and well-being of people with care and support needs, such as, Autism and Learning Difficulties.
This role is agency and is fully flexible allowing you to work around any commitments, promoting a healthy work life balance.
The Role:
- Provide daily living support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and understood.
- Follow care & support plans, make contributions to changes.
- Support Clients to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations.
The Person:
- 12 months minimum experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Driver preferred but not essential.
- International applicants are unfortunately unable to be considered.
