Hours: 10:00 – 14:00, Flexible Days
Hourly Rate: £16.84 per hour

šŸ’¬ What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deliver essential personal care and emotional support
  • Organise and manage daily activities tailored to individual needs
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the service, including break cover
  • Support service users with hydration, nutrition, and medication
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care
  • Collaborate with families, carers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
  • Work flexibly across multiple sites when required

  • Experience in a care setting—or a desire to learn and grow in one
  • A calm, professional approach and strong time management skills
  • Confidence in prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
šŸŽ“ Desirable:
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care Qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • Experience supporting adults with behaviours of concern or complex needs
