As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in the recovery and well-being of our service users. You'll work alongside a team of mental health professionals to provide personalised care and support, helping clients navigate their mental health journey with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and emotional support to individuals dealing with psychiatric conditions.
  • Assist with daily activities and therapeutic interventions as directed by the clinical team.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all service users.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding procedures.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Mental Health Support Worker role
  • A compassionate and patient demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent are advantageous.
