Service Care Solutions are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to work within the North Yorkshire Police on a 6-month contract.

Job roles/responsibilities:
As a Talent Administrator you will be responsible for supporting and administering the full recruitment lifecycle including assessment, selection and on-boarding of a diverse range of talent. With a significant focus on customer service, you will act as a single point of contact for all recruitment and on-boarding enquiries.
- Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns and talent pools to attract diverse, high-quality candidates for EnableNY clients.
- Gather feedback throughout the talent lifecycle to enhance future processes and services.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including coordinating interviews and offers, serving as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records, provide guidance to managers, and liaise with various teams for seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Oversee communications with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment, and onboarding experience.
- Support temporary agency hires, monitor vacancies through the ATS, update databases efficiently, and contribute to virtual engagement events to attract diverse talent pools.
Skills required:
- * Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, ideally within HR/recruitment, promoting People Services and EnableNY brand.
- * Proven ability to engage and build rapport quickly, prioritizing customer service excellence.
- * Highly organized, adept at multitasking, with exceptional attention to detail and deadline-driven prioritization skills.
- * Curious, open-minded, seeking innovative ways to improve services, providing research and insights for campaign development.
- * Success driven by motivation, determination, resourcefulness, and a focused approach to delivering optimal results.
