Pay Rate: £18.26 per hour

Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for public sector staffing? We're looking for a Talent & Recruitment Business Partner to manage the full agency recruitment lifecycle within a local government setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on workforce stability and recruitment strategy within a public sector setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary agency workers
- Working closely with hiring managers, HR, procurement, and external MSPs
- Driving cost-effective, compliant recruitment aligned to workforce planning
- Advising on AWR, IR35, and agency worker compliance
- Leading initiatives to convert temps into permanent employees
- Reducing off-contract spend and monitoring recruitment performance data
- Solving resource gaps and local skill shortages with proactive solutions
- Strong knowledge of AWR, IR35, and agency worker legislation
- Experience in local government/public sector recruitment
- Skilled in managing vendors/MSPs and meeting SLA/KPI targets
- Proven success in cost management and conversion strategies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confident with recruitment metrics and market trend analysis
