We are seeking a dedicated Team Coordinator to join Stoke-On-Trent City Council's Reunification Team inChildren's Social Care. You will manage discharge data, handle administrative tasks, and ensure timely progress for children in care. This role is vital in making a positive impact on children and families.
Location: Civic Centre, Stoke-On-Trent
Pay: £15.81 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Team Operations: Maintain systems and processes for smooth team operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service with a positive, accurate, and timely approach.
- Communication: Handle inquiries and referrals from the public and professionals.
- Scheduling: Plan and coordinate daily and weekly work schedules.
- Meeting Organisation: Arrange and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and systems for statutory requirements and team activities.
- Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, financial payments, and office supplies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in data management and office software.
- Experience in child welfare or social services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
