Team Leader (Manual labour)

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local council based in Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole council that require a Team leader to join their team on a temporary basis.

Temp required until September this is a full time role of 37 hours the candidate requires recent team leading experience.

The candidate will work as part of the team at Nuffield or Millhams helping cover breaks and holidays, tasks will be similar to those for the operative staff. The person will be required to be based at Nuffield overseeing the tipping of the beach waste (fire watch), taking calls from the crews by use of the site mobile and ensuring the site is left secure at the end of shift.
