Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals within the Child Protection Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Supervise and support team members in completing assessments and developing care plans for children and families
- Manage and prioritize caseloads, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services for clients
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, training, and support to staff members
- Competitive salary of £53.57 per hour LTD per hour inclusive of holiday or PAYE 40.62 exclusive of holiday pay
