Team Standards Coordinator

Job Description

Team Standards Coordinator needed with Southampton City Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Southampton

Duration - initially 3 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £16.45 ltd an hour


  • Working within the Children's Safeguarding Service
  • Maintenance of the Public Law Outline and Care Spreadsheets
  • Quality checking documents on case management system
  • Creation of excel spreadsheets and analysing data
  • Finance request forms, accommodation request
  • Financial Business World tasks raising Purchase orders and answering queries
  • Gathering Birth Certs & Passports

What is required?

  • Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Ability to create and maintain effective tracking and monitoring processes
  • Excellent level of IT literacy to be able to use self-service, digital user platforms and applications and MS Office
