Our client, a local authority based in Kensington & Chelsea are looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is on an ongoing contract basis.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the Council is delivering a high quality and value for money repairs service. It is an essential support and monitoring role ensuring that there are robust internal systems of maintained in the delivery of Voids, Repairs, Surveying and Major Projects.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Relevant professional qualification.

Candidates will have experience in Quantity Surveying and/or finance Background within a repairs and maintenance environment and have extensive knowledge of the National Housing Schedule of rates.
