Utility Officer

Pay: £19.90 per hour (LTD)
Location: Ealing (Hybrid working available)
Contract Type: Temporary – 2 months ongoing
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process utility invoices, validating charges and ensuring correct allocation

  • Manage changes of liability with utility suppliers

  • Reconcile and maintain utility supplier accounts

  • Handle invoice-related queries from internal colleagues and external suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrable transferable skills

  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and systems

  • Ability to manage a varied workload and track ongoing cases

  • Confident using and learning new systems and processes

  • Access to a laptop for home working

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid working model (office locations in Ealing, Staines, and Oxford)
