I have a post for an experienced Electrician to join our team working on Empty properties (voids) in Hackney.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join our Empty Homes Team covering the Hackney & Poplar areas on a full-time permanent basis.

Monday to Friday 39 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities.

Within this role you will be carrying out Fixed Wire Testing on empty properties throughout the borough. There will also be occasions where you may have to complete the odd repair.

Essential Qualifications:

• City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3).
• 2391 Inspect and Test.
• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671.
• Full UK Driver Licence.
