£12.50Ltd/£10.28PAYE an hour (paid weekly via an umbrella company)

Job Purpose
The post holder primary responsibility is the supervision and day to day running of a team of replenishment staff. This involves the control and marshal of the goods and consumables held within a central store and also the flow into and out of the hospital under the provision of the procurement department. Following the department processes involved in the receipting, tracking, returning and waste management of goods.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate information regarding suppliers, consumable and departments as required.
• Responsible for the goods and consumables are organised and receipted, return and manged in a timely manner to be replenished the same day
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyse, interpret and resolve issues such are stock shrinkage, missing orders and Inventory Management reports.
• To ensure the central store is tidy, clean and organised in a manner that helps and supports the replenishment teams.
• Communicate in the most appropriate manner for updating information on goods and consumables to colleagues and suppliers.
