Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Wraparound and Childcare Programme Co-Ordinator with Rochdale Council

Rochdale Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• To lead consultation with children, parents and carers, providers, and partners about demand for wraparound childcare and their views.
• To undertake, review and update mapping of current wraparound and childcare provision across the borough.
• Provide ongoing monitoring, advice, support and challenge providers to ensure high quality inclusive practice is maintained, improvements are monitored and poor practice is reported through appropriate channels
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the local authority, schools and key external agencies to ensure joined up partnership working to meet individual needs of children and families.

Essential Criteria

Must hold an Enhanced DBS

Must hold NVQ level 3 in Play Work, Youth Work or Equivalent
