Are you an experienced Finance Partner with a proven track record of transforming financial services? We are seeking a dedicated Finance Partner to join our team for an exciting transformation programme, Change & Innovation Newcastle. This is a contract opportunity initially lasting four months, with the potential for extension, offering a fantastic chance to contribute to a high-profile change initiative.

About the Role: Finance Partner

As a Finance Partner, your primary responsibility will be to identify, track, and evaluate benefits realised through our ambitious Change & Innovation programme. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, finance teams, and service managers to support decision-making processes and ensure the programme's financial success.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with senior leadership and finance teams to support transformational change initiatives
• Develop and evaluate business cases and option appraisals to guide strategic decisions
• Provide financial support, analysis, and guidance on projects and service improvements
• Track benefits realisation and report progress to stakeholders
• Ensure financial compliance and best practices are adhered to throughout the programme
• Work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality results

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Partner or similar role within transformational projects
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience in completing business cases and option appraisals
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly
• Familiarity with project financial support and benefits tracking
