Account Manager (Recruitment – Managed Service) – Contract Role
£29,000 – £32,000 Up to 10% Bonus

Are you a proactive and relationship-focused professional with experience in account management or recruitment? Service Care Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a role that combines relationship management, client servicing, and contract delivery. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing MSP, Master Vendor, and Neutral Vendor recruitment contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all contractual matters
  • Ensure contract KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Oversee supplier performance, onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Produce detailed client reports, conduct business reviews, and provide management information
  • Resolve operational issues and manage escalations efficiently
  • Support contract growth by identifying additional service opportunities
  • Deliver training and support on systems and processes to internal teams and clients
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements for the Account Manager Role:

  • Proven experience in account management, recruitment, MSP, or vendor management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and ATS/CRM systems
  • Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
