Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
- Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all contractual matters
- Ensure contract KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
- Oversee supplier performance, onboarding, and compliance processes
- Produce detailed client reports, conduct business reviews, and provide management information
- Resolve operational issues and manage escalations efficiently
- Support contract growth by identifying additional service opportunities
- Deliver training and support on systems and processes to internal teams and clients
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Proven experience in account management, recruitment, MSP, or vendor management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and ATS/CRM systems
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Competitive salary of £29,000 – £32,000 with an up to 10% bonus scheme
