Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading independent paediatrics focused neurodevelopmental provider for experienced Children and Young People (CYP) ADHD Assessors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clinician-led multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality ADHD assessments for children and adolescents through both NHS and private pathways.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and young people in line with NICE guidelines and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
- Gather and analyse clinical information through developmental histories, standardised assessment tools and collateral information.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic reports with clear clinical recommendations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions where appropriate to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Communicate assessment outcomes sensitively and effectively to young people, families and professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with safeguarding, governance and professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Current professional registration with NMC, HCPC or Social Work England.
- Qualified as one of the following:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RSCN)
- Occupational Therapist
- Speech & Language Therapist
- Social Worker
- 2 plus years experience conducting ADHD assessments for children and young people.
- Strong understanding of DSM-5, NICE guidance and neurodevelopmental presentations.
- Excellent report writing, communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
