Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading independent paediatrics focused neurodevelopmental provider for experienced Children and Young People (CYP) ADHD Assessors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clinician-led multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality ADHD assessments for children and adolescents through both NHS and private pathways.

Service Care Solutions is seeking passionate clinicians who are committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred assessments that make a genuine difference to young people and their families. Working within a supportive clinical environment, you'll have access to excellent administrative support, established assessment pathways and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and young people in line with NICE guidelines and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
  • Gather and analyse clinical information through developmental histories, standardised assessment tools and collateral information.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic reports with clear clinical recommendations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary discussions where appropriate to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Communicate assessment outcomes sensitively and effectively to young people, families and professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with safeguarding, governance and professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Requirements
  • Current professional registration with NMC, HCPC or Social Work England.
  • Qualified as one of the following:
    • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RSCN)
    • Occupational Therapist
    • Speech & Language Therapist
    • Social Worker
  • 2 plus years experience conducting ADHD assessments for children and young people.
  • Strong understanding of DSM-5, NICE guidance and neurodevelopmental presentations.
  • Excellent report writing, communication and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
