ADHD Non?Medical Prescriber (NMP) Permanent | Salary up to £70,000 DOE

We are recruiting an experienced ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join a specialist neurodevelopmental service providing high quality assessment and treatment for children, young people, and adults. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive, evidence based service supporting individuals with ADHD and co-occurring mental health or neurodiverse conditions.

As part of our expanding multidisciplinary team, you will take on a pivotal clinical role, managing your own caseload while contributing to a supportive and collaborative service environment that prioritises continuous professional development.

The Role As an ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber, you will lead on the assessment, treatment, and pharmacological management of ADHD across the lifespan. You will work autonomously within professional and service frameworks while partnering closely with medical staff and other prescribers to ensure safe, high quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a highly specialist practitioner in the assessment, diagnosis support, and pharmacological management of ADHD.
• Independently manage a caseload of children, young people, and adults with ADHD and associated conditions.
• Initiate, titrate, and review ADHD medications in line with national and service prescribing policies.
• Lead and coordinate medication review and titration clinics alongside medical and non-medical prescribers.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care and treatment planning.
• Maintain clinical autonomy and accountability in line with professional standards and service governance.

Clinical Set?Up All assessments and reviews are conducted virtually, using the following structure:

• Assessment A: 90 minutes
• Assessment B: 90 minutes
• Titration Initiation: 45 minutes
• Follow?Up Appointments: 30 minutes

About You You will be a confident, committed clinician with:

• A recognised Non-Medical Prescribing qualification and active professional registration
• Experience working with ADHD and/or wider neurodevelopmental presentations
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, ADHD medication management, and risk formulation
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team
• A passion for delivering high quality, person centred neurodevelopmental care
