About the Role:
As part of our clients M&E Recovery Plan, we are recruiting an Administrator to support gas servicing and repairs activity during a period of high demand. This is a predominantly telephone-based role, requiring confidence, professionalism, and resilience when speaking with residents.
The primary objective of the role is to reduce no-access visits, improve appointment attendance, and support the productivity of our operatives by proactively confirming appointments and managing resident enquiries.

About the Role:

The primary objective of the role is to reduce no-access visits, improve appointment attendance, and support the productivity of our operatives by proactively confirming appointments and managing resident enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to residents 24 hours prior to gas service appointments to confirm attendance
- Take inbound calls on the gas servicing line to:
- Book new appointments
- Re-arrange existing appointments
- Respond to resident queries related to gas servicing
- Update systems accurately following resident contact
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the M&E team as required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support service delivery and operational efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within repairs, maintenance, planning or housing
- Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Strong customer service skills, particularly when dealing with residents
- IT literate, with the ability to learn systems quickly and maintain accurate records
- Well organised, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
- Comfortable working in a busy, demand-driven environment
