Administrator – Substance Misuse Service (Mon–Fri) Location: Manchester
Rate: £15.98 per hour (Ltd)
Contract Type: Temporary Agency
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client within the Substance Misuse sector for an experienced Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team delivering vital services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to clinical and operational teams
• Managing patient records and accurately updating databases
• Handling appointment bookings and service correspondence
• Supporting service users with queries in a professional and confidential manner
• Liaising with internal departments and external agencies
• Assisting with reporting, audits, and general office duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a Substance Misuse service, NHS setting, or medical practice
• Strong organisational and time?management skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems (e.g. Criss)
