Adult Social Care Legal Assistant

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and well-known local authority in Cheshire for an experienced Adult Social Care Legal Assistant to join their growing team.

Location: Cheshire
Rate: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour Umbrella (£12.80 - £16.85 PAYE Inc. Holiday Pay)
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working – Mostly Remote
 
Responsibilities as an Adult Social Care Legal Assistant:

• Assist Solicitors with Adult Social Care and Education Law matters
• Prepare legal documentation, bundles, witness statements, and court papers
• Liaise with clients, external agencies, barristers, and courts
• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case management records
• Manage diaries, deadlines, and legal correspondence

About you as an Adult Social Care Legal Assistant:

• Previous experience working within Adult Social Care legal services is essential
• Experience supporting Education Law matters is highly desirable
• Prior Local Authority experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
