Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a Clinical Assessment Service in York. This is a high-paced, patient-focused role where you’ll be delivering urgent care assessments and clinical decision-making remotely on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients effectively
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Refer patients to appropriate services when needed
• Promote preventative care and health education
• Manage long-term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and hypertension
• Document care accurately using SystmOne

Requirements Essential:

• Registered Nurse with ANP qualification
• NMC registration
• Independent Prescriber status
• Experience in urgent care, primary care, or walk-in centres
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
