Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients effectively
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments within scope
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Refer patients to appropriate services when needed
- Promote preventative care and health education
- Manage long-term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and hypertension
- Document care accurately using SystmOne
- Registered Nurse with ANP qualification
- NMC registration
- Independent Prescriber status
- Experience in urgent care, primary care, or walk-in centres
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- £250 Welcome Bonus (after 150 hours worked)
