We’re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client! Role: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Prescriber) – Home Visiting Service
Location: Mid Nottinghamshire (Newark, Sherwood, Mansfield & Ashfield)
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Rate: £44 LTD
System: SystmOne
Mileage: £0.45 per mile

About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their Home Visiting Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic community setting, providing autonomous care and making a real difference to patients across Mid Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat patients
• Prescribe independently in line with clinical guidelines
• Manage acute and chronic conditions autonomously
• Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne
• Escalate and refer appropriately when required

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Independent Prescriber (V300)
• Strong experience in autonomous clinical decision-making
• Ability to work independently in a community/home visiting setting
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills

Working Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm
