Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to support a range of services across the York area, including Clinical Assessment Services (CAS), Home Visiting, and Out of Hours (OOH) cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled ANPs seeking flexible locum work with competitive rates and consistent shift availability.

Pay Rates:

• From £42 per hour LTD
• PAYE Inclusive Equivalent from £36.88 per hour 

Services Covered:
• Clinical Assessment Services (CAS)
• Home Visiting Services
• Out of Hours (OOH) Cover

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake autonomous patient assessments and clinical decision-making
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute presentations
• Provide telephone triage and remote consultations within CAS settings
• Conduct home visits where required
• Prescribe safely and effectively within scope of practice
• Escalate or refer patients appropriately to secondary care/services
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Essential Requirements:
✔ Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification
✔ Master’s Level Qualification
✔ Independent Prescriber qualification
✔ Proof of Paediatric Competencies
✔ Experience working within urgent care, OOH, CAS, or primary care settings
✔ Full UK driving licence preferred for home visiting roles
