Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner to help support their GP Surgery on an ongoing locum contract. This is a flexible contract, with clinics available to book around your availability on a long-term basis.
Location: Hyde, SK14
Contract: Ongoing Locum
Hours: 8am-6:30pm (30 minute unpaid break)
Shifts: Flexible - based on your availability
Rate: £45 LTD p.h / £39.50 PAYE Inclusive p.h
Role Overview The postholder will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of undifferentiated presentations within a primary care setting. The role will involve both acute and routine clinical work.
The GP Surgery specifically need a clinician that can support with all Woman's Health.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments of patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions and womens health.
- Ability to see patients from birth.
- Formulate differential diagnoses and implement appropriate management plans.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and within scope of practice.
Person Specification:
- NMC or HCPC Registration
- Independent Prescriber (V300)
- Substantial experience within Primary Care
- Clinicians need to be able to see Women Health and patients from birth
