About the Role:
As an Advanced Practitioner (Adults) (G10), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and support to adult patients. Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for adult patients, identifying their needs and developing tailored care plans.
  • Provide expert advice and support to both patients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organisational standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Advanced Practitioner within adult healthcare.
  • Relevant registration and qualifications (e.g., NMC/HCPC registration).
  • Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to commit to a 2-month contract starting immediately.
