As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers after their purchase, ensuring a seamless ownership experience. You will coordinate service bookings, handle enquiries, and build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the primary contact for all aftersales enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Manage service bookings, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely and high-quality work completion
- Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding work carried out
- Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an aftersales, service advisor, or customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
- Full UK driving licence preferred
