We are seeking 3x Annual Review Complex Case Officers for a dynamic SEND service, managing escalated and complex EHCP cases. This is a fully remote role offering an excellent daily rate of £290 (Umbrella), with a contract length of 2 weeks. Location: Fully Remote
Contract Duration: 2 weeks
Pay Rate: £290 per day (Umbrella)
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:45–17:00 | Friday 08:45–16:00

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of complex or escalated Annual Review cases involving disputed outcomes, unclear decisions, or significant amendments to EHCPs.
• Manage cases from the review decision stage through to final amendments or approvals.
• Prepare and present complex Annual Review outcomes to panel (RCP).
• Justify funding uplifts, specialist placements, and provision changes through detailed casework.
• Work closely with parents, carers, schools, SENCOs, providers, and other professionals.
• Manage expectations to reduce escalation to tribunal and promote constructive resolutions.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate documentation throughout each case.

About You:

• Proven experience within SEND casework, especially managing complex or disputed EHCP Annual Reviews.
• Confident in working with multiple stakeholders and navigating challenging situations.
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
