Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Safety Advisor on behalf of a respected Housing Association in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), Community Safety, Housing Management, Tenancy Enforcement or Customer Services who is looking to make a real difference within local communities.
The Role You will support the Community Safety Team in delivering a proactive service to residents, tackling Anti-Social Behaviour, Hate Crime and Domestic Abuse related issues, whilst working closely with partner agencies to improve community safety outcomes.
Key Responsibilities • Managing and investigating ASB and community safety related cases
• Supporting residents and carrying out risk assessments
• Liaising with police, local authorities and community partners
• Maintaining accurate case records and management information
• Supporting community safety projects and initiatives
• Raising awareness of community safety issues within local communities
• Preparing reports and providing administrative support to the wider team
About You • Experience dealing with ASB, tenancy enforcement, community safety or housing management cases
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Experience working with partner agencies and stakeholders
• Good administration, organisational and IT skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
