Job Title: Associate Practice Director
Location: Rippon (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well established Accountancy Practice looking to recruit an Associate Director to join their Senior Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up in their career, with a clear path to Director level.
If you have experience within a Practice and staff management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you will be doing:

• Looking after a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and conducting regular reviews with clients.
• Accounts and Tax return preparations for urgent and complex cases.
• Identifying new clients and winning new business, supporting future growth
• Supporting with new client onboarding
• Management of junior members of staff, including learning and development.
• Managing day to day work, liaising with Senior Accounts team and directors to plan and prioritise
• Training of new and junior members of staff

What you will have:

• Experience within a Practice environment
• Staff Management and Development Experience
• Strong Technical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
