Position: Building Surveyor G10 (Contract)
Location: Southampton, with parking available
Duration: Minimum 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 4:15 pm, Friday 7:30 am – 3:15 pm

Building Surveyor G10 Responsibilities:
As a Building Surveyor G10, your key duties will include:
- Leading and coordinating damp and mould-related maintenance and improvement works
- Managing a portfolio of minor works projects from initiation to completion
- Specifying remedial works to address damp, mould, and condensation issues
- Conducting DRI (Damp, Redness, and Infiltration) surveys
- Ensuring projects comply with CDM regulations and health & safety standards
- Overseeing project programs, budgets, and resource schedules
- Collaborating closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery
