Candidate Responsibilities as a Business Support Officer:
- Attend internal and external meetings to take comprehensive, clear, and concise minutes in real time as a Business Support Officer.

- Distribute meeting minutes promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Track and follow up on actions arising from meetings, liaising with stakeholders as required.
- Prepare meeting agendas, supporting documentation, and briefing materials in advance.
- Maintain organised records of minutes and related documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Support senior stakeholders with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks linked to governance and reporting.
Key Requirements for the Business Support Officer:
- Proven experience in minute-taking within a professional environment.
- Ability to actively listen, summarise complex discussions, and produce accurate records under time pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Flexibility to work hybrid; minimum of 3-4 days in the office.
