CAMHS RMN – Fully Remote Role
Pay: £25/hour (Ltd)
Contract: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time | Any Contract Length

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with extensive CAMHS experience to join a fully remote service supporting neurodiverse children and young adults.

Role Overview:

• Location: Fully remote (all work conducted via Zoom)
• Caseload Split: 50% assessments / 50% ongoing caseload
• Client Group: Neurodiverse children and young adults (core age group 14–18, up to age 25)

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Minimum 3 years CAMHS experience
• At least 10 years total mental health experience
• Strong assessment skills
• Experience with neurodiverse clients (e.g. Autism, ADHD, OCD)
• Proficient in at least two talking therapies beyond CBT (e.g. Interpersonal Therapy, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy)

Desirable Experience:

• Background in substance misuse or working with young offenders
• Interest in or knowledge of gaming (Many clients are autistic and use gaming as a key form of social connection. A nurse with shared interests may improve engagement.)

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about mental health and direct clinical work (not management-focused)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Able to build rapport with hard-to-engage young people
• Flexible and open-minded in therapeutic approaches
