Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Property Caretaker to support the maintenance and upkeep of residential or commercial properties in the Preston area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical and proactive, starting on a temporary basis with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general maintenance tasks and minor repairs
• Conducting regular property inspections and reporting issues
• Ensuring buildings and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and secure
• Managing access, including opening and locking buildings where required
• Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
• Basic DIY skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable and flexible with working hours if required

This role is initially temporary but offers a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
