- 06:00 – 09:00 and 14:30 – 18:00
- Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour PAYE inc Holiday | £16.86 per hour LTD Umbrella
- Contract: 2 months
- Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
- Opening and locking the building daily
- Carrying out basic cleaning duties
- Porterage and moving equipment where required
- Conducting routine compliance and safety checks
- Ensuring the site is safe, secure, and well maintained at all times
- Previous caretaking or facilities experience preferred
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Enhanced DBS check required
