We’re working with a growing and ambitious care provider who is looking to appoint a Children’s Registered Manager for a home based in the Moseley (B13) area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up into their first RM role.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
• Leading, developing and motivating a staff team
• Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently met
• Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
• Managing compliance, Ofsted requirements, and quality standards
• Building a strong, stable and child-focused environment

What we’re looking for

• Experience within children’s residential care (essential)
• Either:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or
  • A Deputy Manager ready to step up with the right attitude and capability
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team confidently
• A proactive, resilient mindset with a focus on long-term success
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
