We’re working with a growing and ambitious care provider who is looking to appoint a Children’s Registered Manager for a home based in the Moseley (B13) area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up into their first RM role.

What you’ll be doing
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Leading, developing and motivating a staff team
- Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently met
- Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
- Managing compliance, Ofsted requirements, and quality standards
- Building a strong, stable and child-focused environment
- Experience within children’s residential care (essential)
- Either:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or
- A Deputy Manager ready to step up with the right attitude and capability
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team confidently
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a focus on long-term success
- Sound understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Competitive salary of £45,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
