Childcare Legal Assistant

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in County of Durham. They are looking for an Childcare Legal Assistant to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella Rate - £16-£18ph
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £14.62 - £16.38

This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term and is FULLY REMOTE.
 
Responsibilities as a Childcare Legal Assistant:

• Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
• To draft legal documentation, ensure compliance with time limits, process and procedures.
• To undertake such other duties and responsibilities, commensurate with the grading and nature of the post, across Legal Services, as may be required from time to time.

 
About you as a Childcare Legal Assistant:

• At least 3 years Legal experience in Childcare Law
• Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
