🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🔗 Champion collaboration – Work closely with multi-agency partners across statutory, private, and third sectors
• 🧠 Lead on assessments & planning – Deliver high-quality, timely assessments and outcome-focused care plans
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Support families – Empower children, young people, carers, and families to achieve their full potential
• 📊 Manage your caseload – Make confident, informed decisions using your professional judgement
• 🛡️ Safeguard children – Take decisive action to protect children, including court work and emergency interventions
• 🗣️ Take the lead – Chair meetings, liaise with key stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes

• Qualified Social Worker with current registration
