We are currently seeking experienced Children’s Social Workers (3 years post-qualifying) to join our Permanence Teams.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years’ permanent statutory social work experience
  (This must be clearly indicated on the submitted CV against the relevant role)
• Experience working with Children in Care / Children Looked After
• Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle
• Candidates must not be leaving a permanent social work role within the North West region unless there has been a minimum 3-month gap
• Strong availability to start as required

• Strong experience in care and placement planning
• A methodical and organised approach to managing risk and improving long-term outcomes
• A commitment to ensuring stable, appropriate placements tailored to individual needs
• The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a child-focused, outcomes-driven approach
