- Collaborate with team members, managers, and partner agencies to share information and promote best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activity and decisions made.
- Participate in hybrid working arrangements, initially working primarily from the office at Shire Hall for training, with increased time working remotely as agreed.
- Be part of a supported and stable team environment committed to continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social worker, preferably in a MASH environment.
- Strong understanding of thresholds for intervention and safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure within strict timescales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid social work qualification and registration.
- Resilience and a proactive approach to complex cases.
- Flexibility to work on-site at Shire Hall for a minimum of three days per week during induction and training.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate (to be discussed at interview).
- Hybrid working arrangements – home and office-based.
- Supportive and stable management team.
- Opportunity to work within a collaborative multi-agency hub.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Chance to make a positive difference in children's lives.
