Childrens Registered Manager – Salisbury, Wiltshire (Permanent)
Are you an experienced Childrens Registered Manager ready to lead a residential children’s home that delivers safe, therapeutic and nurturing care? Service Care Solutions is recruiting a passionate Childrens Registered Manager for a Permanent position in Salisbury, Wiltshire, paying £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Candidate Responsibilities (Childrens Registered Manager)
As the Childrens Registered Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing all aspects of the residential home, ensuring consistently high standards
• Ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and quality standards
• Promoting outstanding safeguarding practice and ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people
• Recruiting, developing and inspiring a dedicated staff team
• Driving a child-centred, positive culture across the service
• Managing budgets, resources and day-to-day operational performance
• Maintaining strong relationships with Ofsted, local authorities and relevant external professionals
• Ensuring robust care planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes are in place
• Preparing for and leading Ofsted inspections
• Supporting children and young people with emotional, educational and social development
