Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to lead one of our beautiful Children’s Residential Homes in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and supporting children and young people to achieve safe, stable, and independent futures.

? The Role As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Provide strong, inspirational leadership to your team
• Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
• Create a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment
• Lead on safeguarding, care planning, and outcomes for young people
• Develop and mentor staff to build a high-performing, motivated team
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality care standards

? About You We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready to step up) within children’s residential care
• Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 in Leadership & Management
• Has a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
• Is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and young people
• Brings energy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to leadership
