Registered Manager – Children's Residential Care Are you an experienced Children's Residential Manager ready to lead a high-quality home and make a lasting difference to young people's lives?

We are seeking passionate and ambitious Registered Managers to oversee children's residential homes across the South, South West, and South East regions. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of a children's residential home. You will ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations while delivering exceptional care and outcomes for young people.

You will lead, inspire, and develop your team to create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards
  • Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Lead, mentor, and develop residential care staff
  • Manage safeguarding processes and promote a strong safeguarding culture
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and occupancy levels
  • Build positive relationships with local authorities, families, and external professionals
  • Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
About You
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
