Role Overview:

As a Childrens Residential Home Support Worker, your key responsibility will be to support children in a residential environment, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. Working on a shift basis, including nights and weekends, you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing and structured environment for the children.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Provide care and emotional support to children in the residential home
• Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meals, and activities
• Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment
• Support children with their education and social development
• Record and report any concerns regarding children's wellbeing
• Follow care plans and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent care delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a residential or similar setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated attitude
• Relevant experience working in a busy children’s home environment
• Must be able to commit to a 3-month contract with potential extensions
