We are looking for caring, committed, and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting children and young people within a residential care setting. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, support, and guidance to children and young people. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stable environment where young people can thrive.

You will be involved in all aspects of daily care, ensuring that young people receive the support they need while promoting independence, resilience, and positive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children and young people in their day-to-day lives.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with young people.
  • Completing daily recordings, reports, and other required documentation.
  • Contributing to care planning and risk assessments.
  • Supporting educational, social, and recreational activities.
  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment.
  • Attending team meetings, supervision sessions, and training events.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
  • Acting as a positive role model for young people and new team members.
  • Supporting senior staff and shift leaders in delivering high-quality care.
