About the Role:
The Civil Litigation / Dispute Resolution Lawyer will join a supportive team, managing a diverse caseload that includes contentious probate, professional negligence, TOLATA, Landlord and Tenant disputes, property disagreements, company/shareholder matters, contract disputes, and employment-related cases. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a specialism aligned with their experience and career ambitions.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes including contentious probate and professional negligence.
• Provide legal advice and representation in property disputes, employment matters, and contract issues.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to business development efforts.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case files for court proceedings.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.

Candidate Requirements:

• Legal qualification as a Lawyer, Associate Solicitor, or Assistant Solicitor with experience in dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• IT literate with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and interested in networking and business development opportunities.
